Proposal
As huge fans of baseball, naturally the proposal couldn’t have happened anywhere but at Oracle Park. During a big double header for the Giants, Nathan coordinated with the stadium and got the couple on the big screen for the kiss cam. Upon seeing their faces on the screen, all Sam wanted was a kiss. But before he could oblige, Nathan took a step back, got down on one knee, and above the cheering crowd said, “I’ve loved you for three years and I’ll love you for a lifetime, will you marry me?”. Through the tears welling in her eyes, Sam couldn’t hold in her excitement as she said yes.

Our
Story
When Sam and Nathan first met in the restaurant industry, their shared sense of humor and compatible personalities forged an instant friendship. As they got to know each other, it became clear that their bond was evolving into something deeper. The connection grew stronger with each shift, culminating in Nathan asking Sam out for their first “date” at Johnny Rockets.

From that moment on, the chemistry was undeniable. Nathan soon moved in with Sam, and together they reached significant milestones. They sold their cars for new ones, and Sam’s two cats, Cleo and Figaro, welcomed Nathan into their lives, adopting him as their new father. When Sam received a long-awaited job offer that took them to the Bay Area, her supportive parents graciously provided their spare room until the couple found their footing.

After a few months, Sam and Nathan moved into a small but cozy apartment in Fremont. Sam took charge of the décor while Nathan personalized the kitchen, where he loves to spend time cooking. In this new chapter, Sam received a promotion, and Nathan got a new job which successfully transitioned him out of the restaurant industry just a year later.

Following the unforgettable baseball game where Nathan proposed, wedding planning began in earnest. When Sam suggested, “We should just get married in Italy!” that idea quickly blossomed into reality. They embarked on a two-week journey through Italy, savoring exquisite cuisine, indulging in wine, and ultimately securing their dream wedding venue. Now, they are thrilled to invite their closest family and friends to join them in celebrating their everlasting love in the most beautiful place on Earth—a happiness they’ve cherished since their paths first crossed nearly four years ago.
